There’s no minimum order, meaning you can get cards printed on demand as your team or club grows.

Using Our Design Service

Choose our ID card design service and you’ll get completely custom designs. They'll be fully tailored to your business and industry, featuring your logo and branding.

You’ll receive PDF proofs and printed samples of the design we create for you, which can be adjusted until you’re 100% happy with how they look.

Once approved, your design is saved on our system so we can personalise and print any ID cards you need now and in future.

Design your own cards

It’s easy to design your own cards by following these specifications:

• Page Size: 86 x 54mm (+ 3mm for full bleed).

• We recommend working within a safe-zone of 82x50mm.

• Colours: RGB or CMYK

• Fonts: Any style as small as 5.5pt, though we recommend at least 7pt for accessibility purposes.

1. Your design should fill the entire page.

2. Your page represents the whole card and will print as it appears on screen. Colours may vary due to screen settings.

Returning Customer?

Welcome back! If we already set up your ID card design, you don’t need to add our design service to your order.

After placing your order, you'll see a page showing who your order has been assigned to (your Account Manager), and how to contact them.

File Upload Form

After placing your order, you'll see a button to use our secure Upload Form to send up to 30 files. If you need to send more than 30, please send your files by email or file transfer app as detailed below.

Send by Email

You can send your files by email direct to your assigned Account Manager. Simply attach all files and photos to your email and send. Before sending your data, please ensure your security and encryption settings are fully up to date.

Send via We Transfer

WeTransfer is easy to use and is free. Below is a quick step-by-step guide showing how to use We Transfer:

• Go to www.wetransfer.co.uk

• Enter your contact's email address.

• Enter your own email address.

• Enter a subject title and message.

• Click the blue icon to upload your labelled photos and list.

We're happy to use the file transfer method that suits you best, so feel free to use something else like Google Drive, Dropbox or One Drive.
