It's easy to send data for us to print your ID cards. Whether you choose to use email or a file transfer application, it takes just a couple of minutes once you've found a process that works for you.

Step 1 | Organise your data

If you created and personalised your own ID cards and have print-ready files for each of them, you can skip this part and move on to the transfer methods below.

Create a list

The first step is to create a list of all the staff or members who need an ID card. The list should contain their names, job titles and any other information that needs to be personalised on each card.

Your list can be created using Microsoft Word or Excel, Notepad or as text in your email. We'll print all names, job titles and other text exactly as supplied in your list, so please double check any spelling before sending it to us.

Label your photos

Ideally, each person's photo should be saved as a jpeg or png. They should be labelled with a name or number to match your list, so we know which photo is for which person. There's no need to worry about sizing, as we will crop these down to head and shoulders for you, completely free of charge.

Step 2 | Sending Your Data

Feel free to email your data to your Account Manager. If you don't have their email address, please give us a call or email hello@cardaxis.co.uk and we'll send you their details.

Simply attach your list or type it into your email. Then attach your photos by dragging and dropping them into your email, or using the 'attach files' option.

Before sending your data, please ensure your security and encryption settings are fully up to date.

TIP If you have lots of photos to send, select them all and right-click to put them in a zip file. Then attach the zip file to your email.

Sending via We Transfer

WeTransfer is easy to use and is free. Below is a quick step-by-step guide showing how to send your data using this method.

Please remember to delete the data you upload to file transfer applications when you no longer need to share it.

 Enter your contact's email address.

 Enter your own email address.

Enter a subject title and message.

Click the blue icon to upload your labelled photos and list.

When ready, click 'Transfer' and your contact will receive an email with a link to the data you just uploaded.

Other methods to send your data

We're happy to use the file transfer method that suits you best, so feel free to use something else like Google Drive, Dropbox or One Drive.

Let us know what works best for you, and we'll do our best to tailor our service around your individual needs.
